Terms of Service
During the checkout stage of shopping with Femia (Pty) Ltd, it is extremely important to ensure all your information that you fill in is thoroughly correct. Femia (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible for late orders, deliveries to incorrect addresses or any other action based on misleading information that was given by a customer.
Femia (Pty) Ltd uses a trusted and secure online payments gateway. Payfast are the leading payments gateway in South Africa.
There is an option on the checkout page to use EFT functionality. Customers are required to use their order number or full name as reference. Orders may be delayed by 1-2 working days when using the EFT functionality because your transaction must be cleared before the order is fulfilled. Proof of payments may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or 060 615 1545. However, transactions must still be cleared as a requirement for orders to be fulfilled.
Requests for payments on delivery, EFT on delivery or any other form of exchange that excludes the above mentioned, will not be accepted, unless stipulated to you in writing otherwise.
COURIER COST AND TRACKING
For orders over R1000, delivery is free. This is subject to change at our discretion without prior notice. Delivery charges will depend on where the delivery location is. A notification of how much is charged for your order will appear upon checkout before payment is made.
Depending on your location, deliveries usually take 5-10 working days maximum.
Tracking your order will be possible only after the order is fulfilled on our back end. As customer service is highly important, we always try to fulfill orders as soon as payment is made. An email will be sent to the customer containing their order details and tracking number. Courier companies can be contacted telephonically by the customer if there are any delays on their tracking web page.
